D-CF (Cuff, Fenestra)

Spontaneous breathing is available through the fenestras while the inner cannula is installed. Vocalization is available without dirtying the inside of the outer cannula by using the inner cannula with fenestras in the standard set. (Vocalization is available by installing the red cap or speech valve L on the inner cannula.)
